He has over 35 years experience with the various technologies including over 20 years in RFID. Steve also works as an expert witness and is the president of the RAIN RFID Alliance.

BiographyTaiping Wong, deputy general manager of Xiamen Xindeco IOT technology Ltd., in charge of R&D center. Committed to the application of RFID technology and product research for a long period, Mr. Wong has a wealth of industry experience in footwear and apparel retail and unmanned retail RFID applications. He has led and participated in apparel rfid projects including HLA, MARK FAIRWHALE, Miss Sixty, La Chapelle, INMAN and LANGERIE, as well as unmanned retail rfid projects such as CITYBOX, Bianlifeng and Xiaomaigui (alibaba), and accumulated rich industry experience. 王太平先生，现任厦门信达物联科技有限公司副总经理，分管研发中心。长期致力于RFID技术应用和产品研究，在鞋服零售、无人零售rfid应用方面拥有丰富的行业经验。曾先后主导和参与了海澜之家、马克华菲、MissSixty、拉夏贝尔、茵曼、兰卓丽等服装rfid项目建设，以及魔盒、便利蜂、小卖柜等无人零售柜RFID应用项目，积累了丰富的行业经验。
Chris DiorioCEO and co-founder, Impinj
BiographyChris Diorio is CEO and Co-Founder at Impinj, Inc. and an Affiliate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington. Passionate about technology, Chris is a leading pioneer of RAIN RFID and the Internet connectivity it has enabled for tens of billions of everyday items. Chris has more than 150 issued patents, 69 scholarly publications, is Vice Chairman at Impinj and is a Director of the RAIN RFID Alliance. Chris has received numerous awards including EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, EE Times/EDN Innovator of the Year, AIM Global’s Ted Williams Award, the UW Distinguished Teaching Award and the IEEE Paul Rappaport Award. Chris has also received Packard, Sloan, Presidential, and ONR fellowships. Chris received his Ph.D. from Caltech in 1997 and has 30 years experience in computer and radio engineering.

BiographyHervé is leading the Decathlon RFID Project. This project is one of the first, biggest, and most advanced Rain RFID projects in the retail segment. Rain RFID Solutions are deployed all over Decathlon supply chain in the entire world. Since the beginning of the year, 100% of Decathlon products bear a Rain RFID Tag. Hervé is leading the team in charge of building these high value creation solutions implemented in Decathlon stores, warehouses and factories. Hervé has a longstanding experience in leading other worldwide technology transformation projects in security, new payment means, semiconductors, including NFC payment cards, chip protected banking cards (EMV), secure elements for banks, governments and other industries. Hervé holds an MSC in signal processing & microelectronics and a MBA from INSEAD.

With related application promoted, RFID tag completely subverted the traditional operations in many sections and improved efficiency. At present, HLA storage center has capability of daily delivery 1.5 million items.
