Reports and Subscriptions:
Electronic versions of reports are non-refundable. We recommend you view sample pages first where available. Printed copies of reports are refundable within seven days of receiving the report provided they are returned in pristine condition. A 25% restocking and administration fee will be charged in these circumstances. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
All fees are fully inclusive of shipping costs where applicable. Payment terms: Payment in advance. Hard copies of reports are dispatched by first class post within one week of receiving payment. Access to electronic reports and subscriptions is enabled when payment is received (immediately for on-line credit card payments, withing 72 hours for non-online transactions). Licenses are for one person only unless indicated otherwise. Multiuser licenses are available, please email [email protected] for details.
Events and Conferences:
The following applies to attendees only – sponsorships and exhibitors are subject to different terms and conditions as detailed in those contracts of engagement.
Only exhibitors have the right to sell products from their booth at this event. We respectfully ask that there must be no soliciting by attendees to exhibitors. Any attendee to the event may not put out promotional materials for general collection without the written consent of RAIN Alliance. At a RAIN event, attendees may not promote or publicize events that compete with events RAIN Alliance runs without the written consent of RAIN Alliance.
Hotel and travel costs are not included in the conference fees. Cancellations may be made before the event with a cancellation fee as stated in the registration process. RAIN Alliance reserves the right to alter the location, date or content of the event. In any case where the customer cancels or where the event is postponed or cancelled, the event organizers are not liable for any related costs (such as travel) to exhibitors or attendees. RAIN Alliance reserves the right to deny admission to any aspect of our events for legitimate business reasons. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase. To obtain discounted/early bird prices your invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date or five days prior to the event whichever is the closest. Any discounted orders unpaid within five days of the event date will revert to the full advertised price.
All Products:
RAIN Alliance reserves the right to not accept orders. In such cases, the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase. Credit card payments taken online are processed in the US. Some credit cards may add a fee because of this to the customer, please check with your credit card company. This is outside the control of RAIN Alliance (we do not receive the fee), it depends on your credit card company. Please do not send us credit card details by email, which is insecure.
Materials supplied, whether conference proceedings, reports or otherwise are for the sole use of the person who ordered them (or for the designated user) up to the maximum number of users the license is for. They must not be made available to other people or organizations without the written permission of RAIN Alliance.
