Sponsorship Conference Benefits:

ALL Gold sponsors may send eight complimentary sponsorship registrations to the meeting and will have one complimentary exhibit table. They will also receive recognition on the RAIN website, at the meeting and in all pre-event notifications, sent to all members and non-members. Logo size is dependent on the level of sponsorship.

ALL Silver sponsors may send five complimentary sponsorship registrations for meeting attendance and will have one complimentary exhibit table. They will also receive recognition on the RAIN website, at the meeting and in all pre-event notifications, sent to all members and non-members. Logo size is dependent on the level of sponsorship.

Bronze sponsors may send one complimentary sponsorship for meeting attendance and will have recognition on the RAIN website, at the meeting and in all pre-event notifications, sent to all members and non-members. Logo size is dependent on the level of sponsorship.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document represents a commitment to become a RAIN Alliance Sponsor and shall serve as a binding agreement between the parties.

Sponsors acknowledge their participation with RAIN Alliance is at the sole business discretion of RAIN Alliance. By virtue of partner’s decision to participate as a RAIN Alliance Sponsor, sponsor agrees they will not directly or indirectly, expressly or implicitly solicit, recruit or otherwise promote to RAIN Alliance participants any product, service or organization that is in any way competitive with RAIN Alliance without the advanced, expressed written permission of RAIN Alliance.

Your sponsorship is not confirmed until RAIN Alliance receives your payment. If RAIN Alliance does not receive payment within thirty (30) days of the event start date, your participation is subject to termination. Please note, payment is required (30) days prior to the event dates (October 3-6, 2022) in order to receive recognition at the RAIN Alliance Meeting.

In the case of any act or cause outside of the control of the parties, including, but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, fire, strike, natural disaster, or other emergency, that makes the fulfillment of the sponsorship impossible or inadvisable, RAIN Alliance may retain such part of the sponsor’s fees as shall be required to recompense it for its expenses and obligations related to the participation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RAIN Alliance shall attempt to maximize its resources to avoid any such liabilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEADLINES:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]:

  •  By September 6, 2022 for a full refund
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 6, 2022.
