Lewis Lin is the CEO and Vice Chairman for Arizon, the global leader in RFID inlay design and manufacturing. Leading Arizon RFID, since 2008, from only 3 Bonding lines to 49 Bonding lines, 10 Converting lines as well as state of the art RFID lab and R&D team. Currently, Arizon holds more than 300 RFID product patents and more than 800 clients worldwide. The accumulated inlay delivery number has reached to more than 16 billion pieces.
Lewis is an active member of the RAIN RFID Alliance, participate in USA, European, and Asian RAIN events, he always speak at RAIN meetings to share experience and perspective on the future of real application, RAIN RFID applications and innovative RFID products. Lewis is skilled in leading new products development and has financial analysis and venture capital experience, He have studied and lived abroad in Japan and the US, with good ability to communicate, execute and integrate across fields. Lewis think RAIN is the best and most vital place for international RFID users and suppliers to communicate, to exchange innovative ideas and most of all to build long lasting comradery, in addition to having more firsthand exposure to customer needs in RAIN, he also hope to assist with the promotion of RAIN by sharing our multi-industry experience.

Juho Partanen is the co-founder of Voyantic and has 20 years of experience in RFID. Working currently as the Director of Business Development, he combines technical, business and communication aspects to make RAIN technology easier to utilize across end user industries. As a true believer in the RAIN technology, he has been driving strategic initiatives and industry collaboration in ISO, GS1 and the RAIN Alliance.

As well as being president of RAIN, Steve is the president of High Tech Aid, a company based in Winchester, VA providing consulting services about Automatic Identification and Data Capture technologies. He graduated from the University of Manchester, UK, with a degree in Electronic Engineering and he has been involved in automatic identification and data capture technologies since 1980. He is a member of the AIDC 100 and is the 2010 winner of the Richard R Dilling award for services to the AIDC industry and AIM 2016 Professional of the Year. He is also a 2012 winner of the IEC 1906 Award and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
Steve has had numerous papers and articles published on technology subjects. He was the chairman of the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31 committee responsible for creating RFID air interface standards and is a frequent speaker at events around the world. He works with companies that are looking at Automatic Identification and Data Capture technologies and helps them to understand where the technology is going, what standards they may need to encompass, and how to achieve their requirements. He also works with law firms to provide expert witness resources to law cases involving AIDC technologies like magnetic stripe, bar code, and RFID.

Hervé is leading the Decathlon RFID Project. This project is one of the first, biggest, and most advanced Rain RFID projects in the retail segment. Rain RFID Solutions are deployed all over Decathlon supply chain in the entire world. Since 2019, 100% of Decathlon products bear a Rain RFID Tag.
Hervé is leading the team in charge of building these high value creation solutions implemented in Decathlon stores, warehouses and factories. Hervé is also in charge of the United Traceability Project within Decathlon, from the cotton field to the recycling factory, where RFID plays a central role.
Hervé has a longstanding experience in leading other worldwide technology transformation projects in security, new payment means, semiconductors, including NFC payment cards, chip protected banking cards (EMV), secure elements for banks, governments, and other industries.
Hervé holds an MSC in signal processing & microelectronics and a MBA from INSEAD.

Jonathan is the Director for RFID and Digital Partnerships at Avery Dennison. Jonathan works closely with strategic partners connecting them to Avery Dennison’s apparel, footwear, beauty, food and industrial teams to position solutions including RAIN RFID, Atma Smart Product cloud, and RFID Scan Pack for Supply Chain. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Jonathan was the Director of Retail IT for lululemon athletica and was responsible for their worldwide rollout of RAIN RFID using Avery Dennison, Sensormatic and Zebra technology. Jonathan has also worked for Aerospace and Defence companies in the US and Canada where he held secret clearance. He also spent 5 years in management consulting with Accenture. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and an BSc. in Engineering from Stanford University. He lives in Vancouver Canada with his family. Jonathan is committed to working with the RAIN board and community. In his current role with Avery Dennison, he has spent the last three years developing relationships and partnerships with IC, software and hardware companies both in the RAIN membership and outside of the membership.
